Consultant
Tim Copeland consults with colleges and universities in the areas of CRM and enrollment performance. His expertise includes CRM strategy, enrollment scorecard development, and the use of technology in higher education marketing. As a former director of undergraduate admission and director of professional and continuing education marketing, he is well-versed in the nuances of traditional undergraduate and adult-learner enrollment management.
As a consultant, he has worked with a variety of institutions ranging from community colleges to elite private colleges and state institutions. Dr. Dolph Henry has over 35 years of experience at the executive level in public and private sector higher education and non-profit foundations.
His expertise spans a broad range of key fields including: enrollment management, fiscal management, infrastructure alignment, change implementation and mission clarification. Dolph has a strong understanding of the essential connection between student recruitment and retention along with the impact those factors can have on an institution’s long term financial vision. As Vice President of Enrollment for Maryville College, Dolph Henry provides strategic direction for the college’s enrollment department as well as incorporates sophisticated conversion strategies into the fundamental enrollment processes.

Stephanie Platteter brings 20 years of marketing and strategic planning experience in a variety of industries that allows her to provide unique insight into her work in higher education.Stephanie consults with higher education institutions in the areas of enrollment marketing strategy and email marketing programs with specialized expertise in strategic marketing for continuing education.
In her current position as Director of Marketing for the College of Continuing Education at the University of Minnesota, Stephanie has integrated the role of strategic marketing into program development, recruitment, and retention activities and led the college through a transformative shift with the creation and deployment of a recruitment and service focused call center that often serves as a model for other continuing education entities.

Beth Raffaelli

Beth Raffaelli has more than 25 years of leadership, training, and consulting experience in student services and enrollment management in higher education. Her specialty is providing the vision, leadership, and direction for developing and implementing best practices to streamline systems and processes for improving enrollment and identifying and eliminating non-value added activities.
Her past initiatives have included involvement on the state-wide level in shared programming initiatives, best practice planning, and transfer credit services between the Wisconsin technical and university systems. She also successfully designed and implemented a one-stop service model for a three-campus college system.
Amy Routhier

Amy Routhier has worked in continuing higher education for six years, and in the private market research sector for five years. Her expertise includes marketing planning and implementation, communications, and enrollment management. In addition, Amy’s market research experience includes quantitative quality and customer satisfaction, branding, and loyalty studies, as well as qualitative ideation, customer satisfaction, and loyalty research.
As Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing for Extended University Programs at Western Michigan University, Amy provides strategic direction for marketing planning and implementation, market research and service satisfaction, and enrollment management, including oversight and administration of EUP’s constituent relationship management system. She has led the design and implementation of numerous systems that have assisted in the marketing and enrollment management of non-traditional students, including website content management, marketing project management and budgeting, and constituent relationship management.

Lesley Snyder offers more than 16 years of graduate and continuing education marketing experience. She consults in the area of interactive marketing including the effective use of email and search engine marketing for student enrollment.
As Director of Program Development and Marketing at the University of North Carolina - Charlotte, she has taken a strategic approach to effectively market individual programs to targeted audiences while enhancing brand awareness across multiple non-credit programs spanning disciplines including business, human resources, web development, healthcare, law and public safety. Her initiatives have reduced overall marketing spending while adding tracking capabilities to assess ROI of marketing spends for data-driven decision-making. She was recognized by Marketing Sherpa, a research firm focusing on marketing measurement, with a 2008 Gold Award for email performance.
